The forum received media professionals and those interested within an integrated media environment that supports coverage of the Hajj season through interactive technologies and supportive media areas, including a platform for press briefings, and a creative exhibition highlighting the transformation in the services provided to the guests of God.
The Hajj Media Forum brings together media professionals under one roof, in a space that documents the details of the scene and conveys Hajj services and stories to the world.

The forum also receives media professionals and visitors in 7 areas that combine creative spaces and workshops.
The Saudi Media Academy at the Ministry of Information presents, at the Hajj Media Forum; Specialized training workshops in conference management, professional speaking and presentation skills, and building strategies for dealing with artificial intelligence technologies.
