The Strait of Hormuz must be opened “in any way”
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today that the Strait of Hormuz must be opened “in any way,” in reference to the US attacks that targeted Iran yesterday, Monday.
Rubio added to reporters on board his plane in the Indian city of Jaipur: “The straits must be open, and they will be opened in any way, so they should remain open.”
He stressed that negotiating the wording of the agreement with Iran may “take a few days.”
