The health system has employed smart technologies in the Guests of the Most Merciful via "Protection robot"which contributes to providing guidance and Hajj season.
This comes within the paths of innovation to enhance the quality of health services, in line with the objectives of the health sector transformation program and the program for serving the guests of God, which emerged from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It provides "Protection robot" Awareness and guidance content for pilgrims around the clock, including awareness of ways to prevent heat stress and injuries, and instructions related to maintaining public health while performing rituals.
In addition to disseminating sound health practices, robots were distributed in vital locations, which are: (the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque and the courtyards of the Quba Mosque in Medina, the train station in Mecca, in addition to the pilgrims’ lounge at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah).
