The Director General of the Bus Guidance Center transporting pilgrims in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Abdullah Sindi, explained that the center guided the buses of the pilgrims using qualified and trained guides who were supported in the field with smart tablets that operate on a digital and accurate geographical mapping system.

He pointed out that these technologies are used in the journey of tracking and delivering pilgrim buses from the moment It reaches the ports of the Holy Capital and even the residences, through a smart mechanism that ensures that the journey is completed on time within an integrated system of quality services.

Platform "Guide me" Digital

Sindi pointed out that the center, which operates under the umbrella of the Coordinating Council for Hospitality Companies and Service Providers for Pilgrims Abroad, with the participation of the General Automobile Syndicate and the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, relies entirely on the management of its field operations on the platform "Guide me" digital; It is an integrated smart system developed to support guides and track bus routes from the center’s operating and follow-up room in real time.

The Director General of the Center confirmed that this digital system ensures the safety and correctness of the itinerary and delivers the guests of God to their homes with ease and ease, which directly contributes to raising operational efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to pilgrims, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in enriching the religious experience and faith journey of the guests of the Holy House of God.
