المملكة: The King Salman Relief Center launches a project to distribute sacrificial meat in Yemen

Distribution of sacrificial meat
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, in Al-Mahra Governorate, also launched a project to purchase and distribute sacrificial animals in for the year 1447 AH, in cooperation with the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Riyadh Region (Insan), in preparation for distributing (500) sacrificial sheep to (1,000) families, benefiting (7,000) individuals among the most needy groups.
The Undersecretary of Al-Mahra Governorate for Technical Affairs, Awad Ahmed Quwaizan, stressed the importance of this project in alleviating the suffering of needy families, expressing Many thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, for the humanitarian and development projects it provides in Yemen in general and Al-Mahra Governorate in particular.
It is noteworthy that under the project (4,140) sacrifices will be purchased and distributed during the days of Eid to the most needy groups in the governorates of Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra, Ma’rib, and Aden; In a way that contributes to enhancing food security, alleviating the suffering of the beneficiary families, and bringing joy to them on this blessed occasion.
Supporting Yemeni Families
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid also launched the sacrificial meat distribution project for the year 1447 AH in Aden Governorate, in cooperation with the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Riyadh Region (Insan).
The Director General of Associations, Unions and Cooperatives at the Office of Social Affairs confirmed Issam Al-Wadi said that the beneficiaries of this project are (1,080) families, indicating the importance of such humanitarian projects in alleviating the suffering of needy families and promoting social solidarity.
The efforts of the King Salman Center
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Work also launched the sacrificial meat distribution project for the year 1447 AH in Hadhramaut Governorate, in cooperation with the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Riyadh Region (Insan), where within the project, distribution (2,000) sacrifices in the districts of the Coast and Wadi Hadhramaut, benefiting (24,000) individuals.
The directors of all the districts targeted in the project confirmed during the inauguration that this project comes at a very important time, as it contributes to bringing joy to the hearts of thousands of families during the days of Eid Al-Adha, appreciating the efforts of the King Salman Center and its qualitative humanitarian interventions in various fields in the governorate.
As he expressed Director of the Office of Social Affairs and Labor in the Hadhramaut Coast, Saeed Al-Amoudi, expressed his appreciation for the active role played by the King Salman Relief Center, stressing that such projects enhance the stability of needy families and reduce the economic burdens they suffer from, especially in light of the current circumstances.
This comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s keenness, represented by the King Salman Relief Center, to support needy Yemeni families and enhance the spirit of social solidarity during the days of Eid Al-Adha.
