Starting the in-kind registration work for two real estate areas in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

The General Real Estate Authority announced the start of real estate registration work for two real estate plots in two neighborhoods in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah, starting from June 7th of this year until the end of September 10th, 2026.
The beneficiary neighborhoods
It was explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from Real estate registryAt this stage in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, it includes the following neighborhoods in Taif Governorate: (part of Al-Hada neighborhood).
It stated that the selection of the neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and the rest of the regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration work in various regions of the Kingdom during the coming periods will be announced successively.
The Authority indicated that The first registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform or through service centers.
Title deed
She pointed out that in-kind registration requires the presence of a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.
She called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the property ownership deed and provide the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration.
Fines Financial
She added that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial fines contained in the property registration system, which are determined by a committee specialized in looking into violations.

And starting from the date set for the start of registration, a registration will be issued. "Property number" A title registration instrument for each real estate unit that is registered. The title registration instrument will include the property’s data, descriptions, condition, and subsequent rights and obligations linked to accurate geospatial information. This contributes to strengthening the infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector.
The real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
