Launching camp activities "Muqayd Sharjah"
Sharjah, June 22 / WAM / Today, the Sharjah Institute for Heritage inaugurated the activities of its summer camp, “Sharjah Muqaqeeq 2026”, which is held at the Institute’s headquarters in the University City and continues until the second of next July, targeting children as part of a cultural and entertainment program aimed at strengthening their connection to Emirati heritage and consolidating the values of their national identity.
The camp is being held this year under the slogan “Your Heritage is Your Identity” within the framework of the Institute’s vision aimed at introducing the younger generations to their cultural heritage and consolidating the national identity in their souls through a diverse program that takes children on a journey among the pearls and jewels of folk tales and introduces them to the elements of the Emirati heritage, its stories and its legacies through interactive methods that combine knowledge and fun.
The camp program includes a group of cultural, heritage, artistic and interactive workshops and activities.
