The Saudi stock market index rose 0.1% at the beginning of trading on Wednesday

The Saudi stock market index rose (TASI) at the beginning of trading today, Wednesday, by approximately 0.1% at the level of 11,040 points, with trades amounting to about 380 million riyals.
The amount of shares traded in early trading amounted to about 20 million shares, and the market value of the index was 9.578 trillion riyals, according to "TadawulSaudi Arabia"
Shares of 136 companies declined.
The beginning of the session witnessed an increase in the shares of 96 companies and a decrease in the shares of 136 companies out of 270 companies listed on (TASI). The largest rises were for the shares of: Masar, Knowledge City, Jabal Omar, Wartal, and Asamak. On the other hand, the most prominent declines were for the shares of Al-Ittihad, Takaful Island, Al-Rajhi Takaful, Sahel, and UCIC.
Parallel Market
The Parallel Market Index opened (Growth) decreased slightly by 0.1% at 22,974 points. The trading value amounted to approximately 300 thousand riyals, the quantity of shares was 31 thousand shares, and the market value was 39.3 million riyals.
The shares of 5 companies decreased at the beginning of the session, compared to the rise in the shares of 5 companies, out of 125 companies listed in the parallel market.
