city "Expo Dubai" Launches a summer program that combines interactive education and recreational activities

Dubai, June 25 / WAM / Expo City Dubai launched its eight-week summer programme, which includes a group of educational and entertaining activities directed at children, adolescents and families, with the aim of promoting interactive learning and skills development during the summer holiday.

The program includes summer camps, workshops and applied experiences focusing on the fields of sustainability, science and innovation, providing participants with opportunities for practical learning in an interactive educational environment.

The program includes the “Elite Engineer” summer camp, which lasts for five days and is hosted by the Tawasul Convention Center in Expo City Dubai. It targets the age group from 9 to 16 years, and includes applied tests and challenges in the field of mechanical engineering, with the aim of developing creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

The Terra Pavilion offers workshops in the field of sustainability for adults and youth, including a sustainable cooking workshop in cooperation with the PXB Café, which focuses on preparing dishes using local plants and introducing the concepts of sustainable food systems, in addition to a fashion recycling workshop, during which participants learn about methods of knitting, embroidery, tailoring, and redesigning clothes in a way that enhances creativity and consolidates the concepts of environmental sustainability.

Expo City Dubai explained that the program includes multiple options for entry tickets, including seasonal, weekly and daily tickets, and allows children under the age of 12 to enter “Dubai Vision” and “Terra” for free until the end of September.
