The Russian Central Bank lowers the ruble exchange rate against major currencies

The bank raised the rate of The official euro exchange rate increased by 1.63 rubles, reaching 87.4027 rubles, while the The Chinese yuandecreased by 29.19 kopecks, to 11.3359 rubles.
