Zayed National Museum and the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities will celebrate the day after tomorrow the historical relations between the Emirates and Bahrain

MANAMA, 2 JULY / WAM / The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in cooperation with the Zayed National Museum, is organizing a distinguished cultural event the day after tomorrow evening (Saturday) at the Bahrain National Museum.
The event includes a presentation entitled “Zayed National Museum: Celebrating the ancient links between Magan and Dilmun”, followed by a screening of the documentary film “A Bronze Age Boat Sailing Again”.
The event, in which representatives of the Zayed National Museum are participating, is the result of cooperation, the first of its kind between the Bahrain National Museum and the Zayed National Museum since its opening last year, and an embodiment of the historical and cultural ties that unite the two brotherly countries, in addition to their common endeavor to revive and consolidate the ancient heritage and cultural communication between the past and the present.
The presentation includes historical information that highlights the close ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, as they are linked by a wide network of commercial, economic and social relations extending throughout history in the heart of the Arabian Gulf.
While the documentary film “A Bronze Age Boat Sails Again” reviews the ancient methods used by the residents of the region in making traditional boats, which are a symbol of maritime heritage.
