Hafar Al-Batin Health Cluster announces the successful completion of the contract transfer phase

The Hafar Al-Batin Health Cluster announced the completion of the transfer phase of employees from the Ministry of Health to the cluster, in a step that reflects the success of implementing one of the most important stages of health transformation, and embodies integration between various departments to ensure a smooth transition that keeps pace with the goals of the health sector transformation program and the Saudi Vision 2030.
The group welcomed all the transferred employees, stressing that national competencies represent the basic foundation in the development of health services, and that their joining enhances the group’s capabilities to provide integrated health care based on quality, efficiency and innovation, and puts the beneficiary at the top of priorities.
The association explained that sending requests for transfer and job contracts began on Thursday, June 25, 2026 AD, and all procedures were completed according to the approved time plan, achieving an acceptance rate exceeding (99%), which reflects the level of readiness and positive interaction of the employees, and confirms the success of this stage of the health transformation.
The Hafr Al-Batin Health Cluster confirmed the continued operation of 4 employee care centers in the cluster’s various facilities during official working hours, to provide support, answer inquiries, and assist employees in completing transfer procedures, in addition to activating the unified call center at 920032735 to receive inquiries and provide direct support, which contributes to enhancing the employee experience and facilitating transfer procedures.
This achievement comes as a result of the integration between various departments, most notably human resources, digital health, institutional communication, and change management, which reflects the readiness of the Hafr Al-Batin Health Cluster to complete the transformation process, and its keenness to empower national competencies and promote a stimulating work environment that contributes to raising the quality of health services.
The group indicated that the next phase will focus on empowering employees, enhancing the employee experience, and creating a supportive work environment that contributes to raising institutional performance, in addition to continuing to implement development initiatives that raise the quality of health services, improve the beneficiary’s experience, and expand access to health care.
