"Wall Street" Closes higher supported by chip and artificial intelligence stocks

Washington, July 7 / WAM / The main indices on Wall Street closed higher on Monday, supported by the rise in shares of electronic chip and artificial intelligence companies.

The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index rose 0.74% to 7,538.34 points, the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 1.12% to 26,121.16 points, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.29% to 53,053.59 points.
