“Tenders”: 257 thousand dinars to supply two kerosene refineries for “Bapco Refining”

The Tenders and Auctions Board opened the bids for 4 public tenders, for which 18 bids were submitted, including a tender for Bapco Refining Company that includes the supply of two new kerosene refineries.

The company explained that, through this tender, it seeks to obtain proposals from the market to purchase two new kerosene filters to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve the reliability and efficiency of the ship loading process with new kerosene filters.

With a higher capacity, it received 8 bids, the lowest of which amounted to 257 thousand dinars.

For its part, the Central Warehouse Department of the Electricity and Water Authority intends to supply fiber optic joint & cables, as it obtained 5 bids, the least of which amounted to 114 thousand dinars.

In turn, the Ministry of Works announced a tender for laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance services, indicating that this project represents old calibration and maintenance services for the Treated Water Quality Control Department of the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Sanitation.

She added that the contractor must calibrate all laboratory equipment and glassware and perform periodic maintenance of the equipment according to a program prepared by the department, as the tender received 4 bids, the least of which amounted to 46 thousand dinars.

In the latest tenders, the General Sports Authority is looking to appoint a legal consulting company to provide legal advisory services through a qualified and experienced team, including providing a legal advisor certified by the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), while allocating an employee to be present at the Authority’s headquarters in accordance with the requirements of the contract.

The Authority stressed that services must include providing legal consultations and opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, supporting claims, arbitration and mediation work, representing the first party in meetings and negotiations, reviewing relevant policies and legislation, and translating legal documents, as it received a single bid, amounting to two thousand dinars.
