“The alternative’s deadly fingerprint.” Merino qualifies Spain and eliminates Belgium from the World Cup

The Spanish national team continued its dream of winning the FIFA World Cup title for the second time in its history, after qualifying for the semi-finals of the tournament, after achieving an exciting 2-1 victory over the Belgium national team, on Friday evening, in the quarter-finals of the competition, which is currently being held in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
At the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Fabian Ruiz scored for Spain in the 30th minute, but Charles De Kitelare equalized for Belgium in the 41st minute.
Substitute Mikel Merino scored the goal that qualified Spain for the semi-finals, after scoring the second goal for the Matador team in the 88th minute, a few minutes after he took to the field, coming from the bench.
Thus, the Spanish national team, which won the title in 2010 in South Africa, set a fiery European date in the semi-finals with the French national team, which was the first to qualify for the semi-finals in the current World Cup, following its 2-0 victory over the Moroccan national team, on Thursday evening.
