Fujairah Tourism launches special offers for users of Etihad trains

The Department of Tourism and Antiquities in Fujairah, in cooperation with Etihad Trains, announced the launch of a package of exclusive offers and discounts for users of Etihad Trains, as part of the efforts aimed at promoting domestic tourism and attracting more visitors to the Emirate of Fujairah, and benefiting from the modern transportation system that connects the various emirates of the country.
The initiative includes discounts and special offers at a number of participating luxury hotels and resorts in Fujairah, where travelers benefit from discounts on room reservations, restaurants, and various hotel facilities and services, upon presenting a valid Etihad Rail ticket upon arrival.
This step comes within the department’s strategy to support the tourism sector and enhance the emirate’s competitiveness as a distinguished tourist destination, by providing additional benefits to visitors and encouraging them to spend longer periods of time and enjoy the diverse tourism experiences that Fujairah provides.
The department confirmed that the direct connection via Etihad trains will contribute to facilitating the movement of visitors from the various emirates of the country to Fujairah, thus supporting the growth of the tourism sector and enhancing hotel occupancy rates and the economic movement related to tourism and hospitality.
The Emirate of Fujairah has unique tourism features that make it one of the most prominent destinations in the country. It combines beaches extending along the Gulf of Oman, high mountains, and ancient heritage and historical sites, in addition to international resorts, diving facilities, and various marine activities, which gives visitors an integrated experience that combines nature, heritage, and entertainment.
It is expected that these offers will contribute to enhancing Fujairah’s position on the domestic tourism map, and encourage more families and visitors to explore the natural, touristic and cultural elements that the emirate has to offer throughout the year.
