Bosnian Mokic is on his way to the island for one million euros

The Bosnian newspaper FK Sarajevo Insider revealed that Al Jazira Club had reached an agreement with the Sarajevo Club to sign young defender Nermin Mujekic during the current transfer period.
The newspaper reported that Al Jazira made an official offer worth one million euros, in addition to granting the Bosnian club 20% of the value of any future transfer of the player, with an agreement to pay the value of the deal in two installments.
The newspaper added that the Sarajevo administration approved the offer, making Mokic, who is 22 years old, on the cusp of signing a four-year contract with Al Jazeera.
Mokic is considered one of the most prominent emerging defenders in Bosnia. He rose through the ranks of the Sarajevo club before establishing himself in the first team, benefiting from his increasing participation in local competitions.
The player is good at occupying the position of centre-back, and is characterized by physical strength and calmness in handling the ball, in addition to his ability to build the game from the back line, which are characteristics that are in line with Al-Jazira’s strategy in attracting young talents who can develop.
Mokic has also previously represented Bosnia’s Sunni national teams, and is considered one of the names nominated to join the first team during the coming period if he continues his development.
The deal comes as part of Al Jazira’s move to strengthen its ranks with young players who possess potential technical and market value, within the framework of the club’s policy of investing in promising talents.
