Gamal and Boro are training alone… and the Spanish Federation: a precautionary measure

The Spanish duo, Lamine Jamal and Pedro Boro, trained separately from the rest of the Spain national team players during Thursday’s training in New Jersey, in preparation for facing Argentina in the World Cup final on Sunday.
The Spanish Football Federation said that the two players are expected to be ready for Sunday’s match, and that their separate training was a precautionary measure within the framework of managing physical loads.
Spain’s priority is to ensure that Jamal, Boro and the rest of the team are in the best possible physical condition in preparation for the final.
As for the rest of the team, the minutes of training open to the media passed without any incidents, and the players appeared relaxed and optimistic despite the humidity and temperatures that reached around 30 degrees Celsius.
Spain has three days to adapt to the heat and humidity before playing its second match outdoors during the tournament.
