Abdulaziz bin Humaid reviews the report on real estate development projects for the first half in Ajman

Ajman, July 27, 2026 – Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, reviewed the report of real estate development projects for the first half of 2026, which includes the completion rates achieved in construction works and the extent of the developer companies’ commitment to the implementation plan and the approved time period for completing the projects.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi confirmed, during a meeting with department officials, that Ajman has succeeded in achieving sustainable leadership in various strategic sectors, most notably the real estate sector, thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, which have strengthened the emirate’s position as a prosperous modern city and a strategic hub for business and investment.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said that Ajman possesses all the elements that make it a fertile environment for real estate investment, and a safe destination for investors of all categories and needs, due to the promising opportunities and exceptional competitive facilities it provides.
He stressed that the strategic objectives revolve around improving the real estate investment environment, contributing to supporting economic growth, by enhancing competitiveness in property registration, and empowering real estate competencies, to be an active partner in anticipating the future of the sector, thus enhancing Ajman’s position as a leading investment destination.
