Grants for the New Public Education System Project The Ministry of Education has broad powers to restore Administrative structuring and organizing educational consulting professions for the first time.

The project approved the establishment of school funds and unified procedural manuals to enhance governance and raise performance efficiency.

The project assigned the Council for Public Education Affairs the task of organizing specialized centers and educational and educational consulting professions by issuing their regulations.

These regulations include determining the financial fees for issuing and renewing licenses to establish a regulatory framework that regulates these services.

The system grants the Ministry of Education the authority to issue and renew And cancel the licenses of those centers and professions in coordination with the competent authorities.

This measure aims to strengthen oversight of the quality of services provided outside schools and unify its organizational reference.

On the administrative side, the project obligated the Ministry to prepare unified organizational and procedural guides for education departments and offices and their affiliated institutions and centers.

These guides accurately describe the processes and implementation mechanisms to achieve unification of procedures in various regions of the Kingdom.

The system authorized the Ministry to reorganize education departments and define their competencies and mechanisms for evaluating their performance to enhance institutional development.
