The founder of Emaar Properties and Managing Director of Emaar Misr, Mohamed Alabbar, described the North Coast region in Egypt as having exceptional, endless beauty, assuring the owners of the company’s projects that they are “part of the Emaar family.”
Al-Abbar added, in a conversation with owners from the company’s projects, that the company works with great attention to the smallest details, and that the minute details are what make the difference.
He continued: “If we make a mistake in something, please forgive us until we fix it,” stressing that the work goes beyond being a trade, but rather it is a passion for the field of real estate development.

Al-Abbar explained that the “Sol” project represents a new step for the company, expressing his happiness with the customers’ visit to the project, revealing that the first “villa” units will be delivered within about six to seven months.
He said that what has been achieved reflects the human ability to transform dreams into reality thanks to human competencies and customer confidence.
He added: “Although my meeting with you is at a site that is witnessing construction work, I made sure to invite the clients to spend an evening in the project as a thank you to them.” He continued: “You are part of the Emaar family.”
Al-Abbar pointed out that the company bears the costs of maintenance and beautification work at “Marassi” from its own budget, and not at the expense of customers, stressing that this comes as appreciation for them, and said: “Our clients deserve the best thing.”

He stressed that the company is constantly working to develop the services, maintenance and technologies used, pointing out that errors may occur in any work, but he stressed the commitment to address them quickly, and that customers’ love and trust represent great value to him.
Al-Abbar expressed his pride in the presence of “Emaar” in Egypt through its various projects, stressing that the “Sol” project will be on the same level as the “Marassi” project, and more beautiful.
