Dubai Summer Surprises launches the “Winning Bill” offer

The Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, one of the institutions of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, announced that “Dubai Summer Surprises” will provide shoppers with more shopping offers with the launch of the new initiative “The Winning Bill,” which gives 100 winners the opportunity to win daily prizes.

The Foundation stated that the initiative will last from August 3 to 12, 2026, when everyone who spends more than 300 dirhams at participating electronics stores will automatically enter the daily draw to have the opportunity to win one of the prizes. 10 winners will be chosen daily, bringing the total number of winners to 100 throughout the promotion period.

The Foundation explained that this initiative comes as part of the Back to School campaign, which offers a mix of live entertainment shows and interactive events, and provides families with personalized offers and shopping experiences that guarantee distinctive value in preparation for the new school year.

It is noteworthy that “Dubai Summer Surprises 2026” is supported by the main sponsor: Commercial Bank of Dubai, and strategic partners: shopping centers affiliated with the “Al-Futtaim” group (Dubai Festival City Mall, Festival Plaza), Al Zarouni Group (Mercato), Abdul Wahed Al Rostamani Group, and Dubai Holding Asset Management (Seef Souq, Bluewaters, Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, and The Outlet Village).
