“Atheeb Telecom” signs a contract to acquire 51% of “Ejad”

Etihad Atheeb Communications Company signed a contract to acquire Ejad Information Technology Company.
According to the company’s statement on, the total value of the deal amounted to 86.7 million riyals.
The company had announced in a trading session on September 15, that it had signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 51% of the capital of Ejad Information Technology Company.

The Board of Directors of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunications Company () announced the results of the 17th Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held yesterday, Wednesday.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The results of the vote on the assembly’s agenda included:
1. Approval of Etihad Atheeb Communications Company’s acquisition of 51% of the capital of Ejad Information Technology Company, at a value of 86.7 million riyals.
2. Approval of amending the work regulations of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
3. Approval of amending the policy for selecting and appointing members of the Board of Directors.
4. Approval of amending the remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from the Board and Executive Management.
