– Commercial concealment is considered a crime because the government of Bahrain granted the right to conduct business to the employer himself and not granting that right to others. – Failure to renew the commercial register does not end the responsibility of the registered owner and management, as their responsibility continues as if the commercial register was still in effect until liquidation is completed. Legal finality of the record.
