Khaled Fathi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Handball Federation, thanked the members of the General Assembly after his election as President of the Federation and the new Board of Directors to lead the game until 2028.
Fathi said: “I thank the members of the General Assembly for their attendance and their keenness to participate, whether they gave me their vote or not. Everyone was keen for the General Assembly to emerge with an honorable appearance befitting the name of Egyptian handball, and I promise them We all work with the Board of Directors to be up to the good expectations.”
Fathi called on the Egyptian handball family to rally around the game, stressing that the goal is The main thing is to continue leading Egyptian handball at the global level, and to continue developing the game at all levels with all its elements.
Fathi stressed that the strategy The Board of Directors’ general statement is to deal with all clubs according to one standard without discrimination, saying: “We stand at the same distance from everyone and the goal is to advance the public interest of Egyptian handball.”
Fathi indicated that the new board of directors provides all support to the men’s national team, which is currently preparing to participate in the World Championship, which will be held next January in Denmark, Norway, and Croatia, stressing that the goal is to achieve the aspirations of the Egyptian football fans. The elections for the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Handball Federation resulted in the election of a new council that will lead the federation until 2028, and its composition is as follows: : Khaled Fathi as President of the Federation, Khaled Diwan as Vice-President, Nabil Khashaba as Treasurer, and members of the Board of Directors: Abeer Aqeel, Amr Fathi, Ahmed Zaqzouq, Khaled Saleh, Amr Al-Adl, and Muhammad Gamal Halil.
