The national team faces Armenia and the Faroe Islands in friendly matches on the 26th and 30th of this month

Today, the national football team inaugurated its internal camp in Abu Dhabi, with a training session at Zayed Sports City Stadium, as part of its preparations for the upcoming events, most notably the 27th Gulf Cup, scheduled in Saudi Arabia next September.
During the current camp, “Al-Abyad” will play two friendly matches against the national teams of Armenia and the Faroe Islands on the 26th and 30th of this month, respectively, with the aim of the technical staff, led by Romanian coach Olario Cosmin, examining the players’ capabilities and technical levels.
The new list for “Al-Abyad” included 24 players, including six players joining the national team for the first time, and they are: Ali Khasif, Adel Al-Hosani, Hamad Al-Muqbali, Badr Nasser, Richard Akonnor, Joao Pedro, Sascha Ivkovic, Khalifa Al-Hammadi, Leonardo Amismko, Marcos Meloni, Mohamed Rabie, Joao Wilherme da Silva, Ali Saleh, Abdullah Hamad, Mohamed Abbas, Mamadou Koulibaly, Yahya. Nader, Issam Fayez, Nicolas Jimenez, Yahya Al-Ghassani, Harib Abdullah, Othman Camara, Youri Cesar, and Bruno Oliveira.
