المملكة: Under the guidance of the leadership, the Minister of Defense discusses ways to achieve regional security with the King of Jordan

Under the guidance of the leadership – may God support it – His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, met today, at Al Husseiniya Palace in the Jordanian capital, Amman, His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During the meeting, His Highness the Minister of Defense conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them – and their wishes to His Majesty and to the government and people of the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan further progress and prosperity. While His Majesty conveyed his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister.

Saudi-Jordanian relations

During the meeting, the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries were reviewed, ways to achieve security and stability in the region, and topics of common interest were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, and the Director General of the Office of the Minister of Defense, Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif.
On the Jordanian side, it was attended by the Director of the Office of His Majesty the King, Engineer Alaa Arif Al-Batayneh, and the Director of the Political Affairs Department at the Royal Hashemite Court, Moaz Abdul Rahman Al-Zoubi.
