“Education” provides a week of specialized training for 24,000 educators

The Ministry of Education launched the activities of the Specialized Training Week, which continues until December 20, as part of its preparations for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, with the participation of more than 24 thousand educational staff. Through this week, the Ministry aims to invest in the capabilities of its educational staff. Providing them with all the capabilities and innovative tools that enable them to adopt advanced educational methods and develop study plans that serve the interests of students.

In detail, the Ministry confirmed through its account on “X” that the Specialized Training Week provides more than 240 training hours, including 66 workshops, including 6 workshops dedicated to school leaders, 45 workshops dedicated to teachers, in addition to 15 workshops dedicated to supporting jobs, in order to hone skills. Teachers and providing the opportunity to exchange educational experiences within an educational environment that embraces innovation and leadership, which is reflected in the quality of the educational system’s outcomes, its development, and providing it with the elements of its distinction. and competitiveness in the future.

The Ministry stressed the importance of the Specialized Training Week, as it constitutes one of the axes of the Ministry’s strategy to move forward in developing the capabilities of all educational cadres by investing in their energies and abilities to reach the desired leadership in the education sector, as educational cadres will acquire, during the training, a number of advanced skills in a group of vital priority fields in the country. .

The Specialized Training Week includes various programs and events that enhance the concepts of innovation, excellence and educational leadership among all elements of the educational field and make it a prominent feature of the national educational system. Training also provides pioneering development paths for all field cadres and they can enhance, develop and apply their expertise in a thoughtful, professional manner.

It is worth noting that the Ministry organizes the activities of the Specialized Training Week in cooperation with many strategic partners such as the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, the United Arab Emirates University, the Emirates College for Educational Development, and the Regional Center for Educational Planning – UNESCO, based on the Ministry’s keenness to involve those concerned in developing the educational community in a way that achieves the aspirations of The United Arab Emirates and its aspirations in the field of education.
