The meeting included a presentation on the pioneering reality of the labor market in the country, its growth rates and competitiveness in light of global challenges, and the most prominent national initiatives and legislation and their contribution to achieving the goals and strategies of the UAE Centennial 2071, as the UAE labor market witnessed a growth of 14.5% in companies, and a growth of 9% in the workforce. It also issues a set of global competitiveness indicators related to business fields.
Policies supporting raising women’s participation rates in the labor market and enhancing its flexibility, stability and attractiveness were reviewed.
