Removing the Managing Director from his position and appointing him as CEO

Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the Leading Community Medical Company decided to relieve Board Member, Pharmacist Abdulaziz Omar Khoja, from the position of Managing Director, appoint him as CEO of the company, and terminate his assignment to executive management, provided that this decision takes effect from its date.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, Khoja holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from King Saud University in Riyadh in 2005 and is classified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field of management and operation of pharmacies.
