Collective decline: European stocks decline in worst performance in 3 months
European stocks fell in Friday trading, in the worst weekly performance in more than three months, due to a decline in health care sector indicators.
The European closed down by 0.9 percent, trimming some of its losses, which reached two percent during the session.

The health care sector index fell four percent, while the Danish index fell 13.2 percent, recording its lowest close since August 2023.

Most of the sub-sectors in the STOXX index also declined, but the real estate sector was the bright spot after rising 1.4 percent.
The British Financial Times 100 Index recorded a decline of 0.3 percent, while data showed that British retail sales rose 0.2 percent last month.
