Dubai Electricity receives the “Globally Distinguished Digital Services” rating

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority achieved 100% for the second time in the Global Standard for Digital Customer Experience Certificate, which confirms its leadership and excellence at the global level and its success in sustaining its global achievements.
According to a statement issued yesterday, the Authority received the “Globally Distinguished Digital Services” classification in recognition of its exceptional performance in the field of digital transformation and providing a value-added digital experience for customers.
This is the first global achievement within the new certification specification provided by the International Customer Experience Institute – ICXI, in cooperation with the British Standards Institute (BSI).
The evaluation process included the Authority’s digital channels and products, the Authority’s customer happiness centers, policies related to digital transformation and customer happiness, and the mechanism for measuring performance and results. The evaluation process included field visits to a group of service centers and the customer care center.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, said: “Thanks to the sound directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, the Authority has become an example to be emulated in the world in digital maturity. And employing innovation and the latest technologies and solutions to achieve sustainable development and enhance the quality of life and happiness of those concerned.”
