Reports revealed that the British automobile industry is on the right track to meet the requirements set by the government.
New analyzes released in indicate this, despite some manufacturers complaining that the target is “too harsh,” according to the British PA Media agency.

Electric cars in Britain

This percentage will increase every year, reaching 28% in 2025 and 80% in 2030.

Providing more facilities

The British Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders stressed that more facilities must be provided to help some manufacturers achieve this difficult goal.
Data revealed that the number of cars manufactured in the United Kingdom exceeded one million vehicles last year 2023 for the first time since 2019.
The Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Traders stated that 1,25,474 cars and commercial vehicles were manufactured, an increase of 17% compared to 2022.
