Falcon racing competitions conclude at the Liwa International Festival
Abu Dhabi, December 26 / WAM / The falcon racing competitions concluded today, within the Liwa International Festival, through competitions in the professional category of Girnas, which was divided into two categories: “Gair Shaheen Taba” and “Gair Qarmousha Pure”.
The first place in the “Gir Shaheen Tabba” category was won by Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Kindi, with a time of 17.325 seconds, followed in second by Abdullah Khalfan Al Qubaisi, and third by Salem Khalfan Al Qubaisi.
In the “Qarmousha Pure Gear” category, Rashid Abdullah Al Marri achieved first place, with a time of 18.102 seconds, Rashid Nawaf Al Matrooshi came second, and Nawaf Muhammad Al Matrooshi came third.
The winners were honored by Abdullah Butti Al Qubaisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liwa Sports Club, and Mohammed Al Mashgouni, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
