The Egyptian Stock Exchange ends Thursday trading with positive news and profitable stocks

Thursday’s session on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the last session of the week, was crowded with positive events and winning stocks.

Positive news

It began with the participation of the leaders of “Hipco” Company, the “Ring the Bell” event on the occasion of the start of its trading on the stock exchange, which was followed by the purchase of 380.2 thousand treasury shares by Raya Call Center Services, and the Arab developers’ approval of a new system for the policy of dividend distributions to shareholders.

The shareholders of Arabia Investments decided to divide the company and registered the division on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. A deal was also implemented on Egyptian Electric Cable shares worth 896.4 million pounds, and Beltone Holding submitted documents approving the reward and incentive through free shares to the stock exchange.

The stock exchange examined several restrictions, including the restriction of reducing the capital of Palm Hills Development to 5.7 billion pounds, the restriction of the shares of the capital increase of the Suez Canal Bank to 6.5 billion pounds, and the restriction of the shares of the capital increase of Memphis Pharmaceuticals.

Winning stocks

It was led by Mena Tourism Investment shares, which rose by 7.59%, closing at 4.25 pounds. Grand Investment Holding for Financial Investments shares rose by 7.01%, closing at 10.69 pounds. Alexandria Mills and Bakeries shares rose by 5.91%, closing at 26.71 pounds.

Misr Oils and Soap shares also rose by 5.3% to close at 57.21 pounds, Rakta shares rose by 4.97% to close at 25.58 pounds, and New Ismailia Development shares rose by 4.96% to close at 18.21 pounds.

Marsa Alam shares also rose by 4.76% to close at 2.1 pounds, Remco shares rose by 4.75% to close at 3.75 pounds, South Valley Cement shares rose by 4.55% to close at 3.45 pounds, and Egyptian Modern Education Systems shares rose by 4.15% to close. At a price of 0.351 pounds.
