Tariq Al-Naim, Chairman of the LEFA Board of Directors, and Sanjay Kawatra, Vice President

The Board of Directors of LEVA Insurance Company approved the appointment of Dr. Tariq Al-Naim, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Sanjay Kawatra, Vice-Chairman of the Board.
On November 26, the company announced the election of members of the Board of Directors for the session that began on November 26, 2024 and for a period of three years ending on November 25, 2027, during the company’s ordinary general assembly meeting.
The elected Board of Directors decided, during its meeting held on 12/05/2024, to select and nominate the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Vice-Chairman and to form the committees, after obtaining a non-objection from the Insurance Authority.
The Council approved the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, headed by: Nour Abed, and membership of: Dr. Tariq Al-Naim, Martin Roig, and Dr. Dhafer Al-Shanfari.
The Council decided to form the Investment Committee headed by: Ali Al Lawati, and the membership of: Dr. Abdullah Al-Shuwaier, Adal Sarwar, and Kamran Mezher.
The Council approved the formation of the Executive Committee, headed by: Sanjay Kawatra, and membership of: Martin Roig, Dr. Dhafer Al-Shanfari and Kamran Mezher.
The Council decided to form a Risk Committee headed by: Munir Al-Mughairy, and Nour Abed as a member.
