The US Embassy in Poland opens a condolence book for former President Jimmy Carter

The United States Embassy in Poland announced today, Thursday, the opening of a book of condolences for the death of former US President Jimmy Carter.

 

The embassy, ​​according to what Radio Poland reported in its English-language bulletin, invited everyone To join it in order to honor the memory of President Carter, noting that the signatures in the book will be available today and tomorrow, Friday.

 

The funeral of the American President is scheduled to be held. The previous one is next Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the Washington National Cathedral. This week, the White House announced that flags will be flown at half-mast in mourning for the former US President, who died at the age of 100.
