The Center warned of continued moderate to heavy thunderstorm rains leading to torrential rains, accompanied by hail showers and active winds in parts of the Asir, Al-Baha and Makkah regions, and it is not unlikely that fog will form in parts of those areas.
There is still an opportunity for thunderstorm rains accompanied by active winds that stir up dust and dust in parts of the Riyadh and Al-Qassim regions and the northern parts of the Eastern Province, as well as in parts of the Jazan region.
Red Sea
Surface winds: northeasterly to northerly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southwesterly in the southern part, at a speed of 20-45 km/h, reaching more than 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part, as well as towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait. .
Wave height: from one and a half to two metres, reaching higher than two and a half metres, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part, as well as towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Sea condition: Moderate to wavy, with rain and thunderclouds forming over the southern part, also towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Arabian Gulf
Surface winds: southeasterly to southwesterly in the northern part, and southeasterly to northeasterly in the southern part, at a speed of 15-35 km/h, reaching more than 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the northern part.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching more than two metres, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the northern part.
Sea condition: Light to medium waves reaching wavy, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the northern part.
