المملكة: Amending the traffic system and canceling Article 71

Today, Tuesday, the Council of Ministers, headed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, approved amending the traffic system by abolishing Article (Seventy-One) and adding a paragraph in the schedule of violations with the following text: “Driving a vehicle on the roads with an expired traffic license.”
