94 billion pounds were traded… Egyptian stock market indices closed with a decline
The Egyptian Stock Exchange indices closed on Thursday with a decline at the end of the week’s trading.
The shares of companies listed on the stock exchange reached a level of 2.180 trillion pounds, after total trades amounting to 94 billion pounds, of which 91 billion were transactions in the bond and treasury bill market.
The main stock index () reached 29,444.65 points, a decline of 1.15%.

The small and medium-sized stocks index (EGX70) also declined marginally by 0.01%, to end trading at 8,303.17 points.
