Accepting the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors of “Salama Cooperative Insurance”

Today, the Board of Directors of Salama Cooperative Insurance Company approved the resignation of Board Member Abdullah Adel Sultan from his membership in the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from it.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia: The reason for the resignation: to comply with the rules and regulations issued by the Insurance Authority as stated in Article No. 27 and 28 of the executive regulations for monitoring cooperative insurance companies.
