The General Assembly of “Arab Insurance” approves amending the company’s bylaws

The Arab Cooperative Insurance Company announced the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (second meeting) held yesterday, Sunday.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia: The results of the vote on the assembly’s agenda included: approving the amendment of the company’s bylaws to comply with the new corporate system, and rearranging and numbering the articles of the bylaws to comply with the proposed amendments.
She added that the results included: approval to amend Article (15) of the bylaws related to the company’s management.
She indicated that the results included: Approval of amending Article (20) of the company’s bylaws, which relates to the powers of the president, deputy, managing director, and secretary.
