"Fujairah Government " Participates in the 56th session of the Cairo International Book Fair

Fujairah, January 13 / WAM / The Fujairah government is participating in the activities of the 56th session of the Cairo International Book Fair, at the Egypt International Exhibition and Conference Center, during the period from January 23 to February 5.

The participation of the Fujairah government in the Cairo International Book Fair is the first of its kind, as the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority organizes its own pavilion, and six government agencies participate in it: the Fujairah Government Media Office, Rashid Publishing House affiliated with the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, Ocean Publishing House, and the Fujairah Arts Academy. Al-Jamila, the House of Philosophy, and the House of Arabic Poetry.

His Excellency Nasser Al Yamahi, Executive Director of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, said that it is the first time that the Fujairah government participates in the exhibition with a distinguished pavilion, which includes six other government agencies, within the framework of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, calling for building bridges of cultural and intellectual communication with the world, through participation in Arab and international cultural exhibitions and forums.

He stressed that participation is an opportunity to present titles and events that reflect the basic values ​​of human authenticity and culture on the land of Fujairah in particular and the Emirates in general. It also shows the world the tangible cultural, educational, civilizational and artistic progress that Fujairah has achieved during the previous years.

The Fujairah Culture and Media Authority and the parties participating with it will organize many activities accompanying the exhibition, including cultural and artistic dialogue sessions, artistic paintings and musical performances, and the House of Philosophy and the House of Arab Poetry will present a number of poetic, intellectual and philosophical evenings.
