12.2 million electronic transactions to facilitate the housing ownership journey

Through its various electronic platforms during the year 2024, the Real Estate Development Fund implemented about 12.2 million transactions and services with advanced and diverse digital solutions.
He stated that the electronic operations provided to beneficiaries in 2024 included: 2.9 million transactions through more than 30 available electronic services, 5.2 million electronic exchange transactions in partnership with the housing system and financing agencies, 1.9 million transactions through the electronic portal, and about 980 thousand electronic transactions. Through branches, and 200,000 transactions through the beneficiary care account, in addition to one million electronic transactions through the unified call center.

The electronic services provided by the Real Estate Development Fund to beneficiaries are characterized by flexibility, speed, and accuracy in implementation, and come in the context of its contribution to facilitating the beneficiary’s journey to obtain housing by automating the services provided with high quality without the need to visit branches, and maximizing the benefit from financing and housing solutions electronically, in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program – One of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – by providing opportunities to own suitable housing for Saudi families.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund obtained the National Enterprise Architecture Accreditation Certificate from the Digital Government Authority as part of the results of the Digital Transformation Measurement Index for the year 2024, out of its keenness to implement the best standards and frameworks for institutional architecture in accordance with the standards of the national methodology for digital transformation.
