Innocent Mahul: The Zayed Sustainability Prize opens new horizons for climate action and sustainable finance
ABU DHABI, 14 JANUARY / WAM / Innocent Mahul, winner of the Zayed Sustainability Prize 2025 Climate Action category from Tanzania, expressed his happiness at being one of this year’s finalists, an opportunity that has been granted since last year, when he was chosen among 33 nominees in this category.
Mahul described his participation in the “Future Energy Summit” as a special experience, as he was present at the ceremony honoring the winners in the various categories, and he is proud of winning in the climate action category.
He stressed that the Zayed Sustainability Prize represents great value, not only as part of the organizers, but also as one of those working in this field, noting that the UAE provided him with an opportunity to reach global recognition through global networks, especially through Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025.
He noted that these platforms represent important opportunities for accessing financing, which contributes to achieving goals and success in the sustainable energy sector.
