"Zora" Expect an agreement with "Four Seasons" To open a luxury resort in Ajman next year
Ajman, on April 29 / WAM / Al -Zora Real Estate Development Company, a partnership between the Ajman government and Solidere International, announced the signing of an agreement with the Four Seasons Group for Management (Four Seasons Ajman) in the city of Zora, and its opening next year where the luxury beach resort witnesses extensive improvements to the existing property, including updating accommodation and public facilities.
It includes 23 villas, 74 rooms and hotel suites.
George Saad, CEO of Al -Zora Real Estate Development, stressed that the project represents an opportunity to upgrade the current property to a pioneering luxury destination, which combines the local character and global standards of Four Seasons, expressing his aspiration to attract international attention and enhance the region’s attractiveness.
For his part, Bart Carnanhan, head of international business development in Four Seasons, expressed his happiness at expanding the attendance of the brand in the UAE, adding that cooperation with the Zora Real Estate Development Company aims to provide a global luxury experience that highlights the high hospitality that Four Seasons is famous for.
The resort was designed to combine modern architecture and wide gardens, as well as a variety of facilities that suit guests of all ages, as the resort will include an advanced fitness center, luxury spa facilities, a special beach to enhance the experience of guests, in addition to an “Infiniti” swimming pool that extends 280 feet (85 meters), and is divided into an adult pool, and another For children.
Guests will also be able to enjoy a set of carefully selected activities, such as children’s programs, diving trips, and guiding tours to explore the “mangruv” forests and natural lakes in the region, and golf enthusiasts will be able to reach the golf club and yachts in “Zora”, which includes a stadium consisting of 18 hole, designed Distinguished hospitality in the Emirates.
