Iraq stresses the necessity of working to rebuild Gaza after the ceasefire agreement

Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani stressed the necessity of quickly providing relief to the people of the Gaza Strip, and working to rebuild the Strip, after the ceasefire agreement, stressing that his country supports all efforts that lead to establishing security and stability and preventing the spread of conflicts, and the importance of undertaking Major countries and international organizations are in full play to prevent genocidal wars.
This came according to a statement reported by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) today, Saturday, during a key meeting. The Iraqi ministers, with the US Chargé d’Affairs in Iraq, Daniel Rubinstein.
The statement stated that the meeting witnessed discussion of the latest developments in the region and the efforts made regionally and internationally to sustain the ceasefire in Gaza, the Palestinian territories and southern Lebanon, and a review of relations between Iraq and the United States and ways to Strengthening them, and proceeding with the implementation of joint understandings, in the interest of both countries and the growth of bilateral partnership in various fields.
