Cash support for the citizen’s account
The Citizen Account Program provides cash support that eligible beneficiaries receive directly, as it provides support to the most deserving groups, and effectively directs support to the various groups.
Starting from the January 2025 cycle, the Citizen Account Program will begin applying the standard for verifying financial capacity and activating field visits by independent individuals for “beneficiaries and new applicants.”

The number of beneficiaries who met the eligibility criteria in the eighty-fifth batch reached 10.7 million beneficiaries and followers.
The Director General of Communication for the Citizen Account Program, Abdullah Al-Hajri, explained that the total amount paid by the program to beneficiaries since its launch is 226 billion riyals, including 2.6 billion riyals as compensation for previous payments.

He pointed out that 74% of the beneficiaries received support in this batch, and the average support per family reached 1,475 riyals, indicating that the number of heads of families benefiting from the program in this batch is more than 2.1 million heads of families, constituting 75%, while the number of dependents reached 7.8. One million beneficiaries.
