Saud bin Saqr receives the CEO of Rotana Hotel Management Company
Ras Al Khaimah, January 20 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received today at His Highness’s Palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City Philip Barnes, CEO of Rotana Hotel Management Company, accompanied by Sheikha Al Nowais, Vice President of Hotel Management. Owner Relations at Rotana, and Eddie Tannous, Chief Operating Officer at Rotana, in the presence of Raki Phillips, CEO of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the company’s expansion plans in the tourism and hospitality sector, and also learned about its strategy for achieving growth in the region.
For his part, Philip Barnes expressed his appreciation for the ambitious vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, stressing that Ras Al Khaimah has become an exceptional destination in the tourism and investment sector, thanks to its rapid growth and prominent position in the region.
He pointed out that the emirate represents an important part of Rotana Hotel Management Company’s plans to expand in the UAE and the Middle East region.
