“Promedex” renews a facilities agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi

Yesterday, the Specialized Medical Services Company (Promedics) renewed the financial facilities contract provided by the Banque Saudi Fransi and increased the limit of the financial facilities to a value of 20 million riyals.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the total contract after renewal becomes 70 million riyals.
She added that the financing period is one year and ends on 12/31/2025 AD.
It stated that the guarantees provided in exchange for financing: a promissory note from the Specialized Medical Services Company in solidarity with Al-Omran Holding Company, and a guarantee provided by Al-Omran Holding Company.
She indicated that the aim of the facilities is to finance existing projects and business expansion.
